As a Senior Estimator at Compass, you will play a pivotal role in our Estimating department, collaborating closely with a team of five professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing detailed and timely estimates, budgets, and bids across various stages such as conceptual, schematic, design development, and GMP. You will work closely with our Operations team, Senior Project Managers, and Project Directors to ensure comprehensive scope coverage and strategic budgeting.
