Constructed on a tight urban lot in between two new buildings, with no access from the exterior, the external walls on the project had to be built on the deck, finished and then tilted into place. The 83,974 sqft, 102-unit building is 6 stories and has one level of below grade parking. Fireside Flats came in under budget and is the (number) project in partnership with Pastiakia + Associates and Encore Architects.
