The project will include demolition of the two-story existing office and warehouse building and surface parking lot to allow for new construction of a seven-story mixed-use building with 173 residential units above 10,200 sf of ground floor retail and commercial and three stories of above-grade and one level of below-grade parking structure with 209 vehicle stalls.
