The Bellevue Station project sits in the heart of Bel-Red neighborhood and is steps away from the Bel-Red & 130th light rail station slated to be opening early 2024. The luxury apartments consist of seven levels of concrete with two below grade garage parking areas and four levels of wood framing above the concrete levels. In total there will be 288 units and over 9,000 sqft of retail space. Residents will have access to several amenity spaces including co-working spaces, a yoga and fitness center, and two indoor outdoor patios.
