Construction update

September 2022

Big milestones around the corner

Fireside Flat neighbors! 68th St will be closed September 20th and 21st for two huge milestones! On September 20th we’re having our first gypcrete pour on the small areas on the roof and the entire level L6! Then…drumroll please…on September 21st, we’re dismantling our tower crane!

Gypcrete Pour Time

9/20/21 the gypcrete pump truck will arrive at 6:30am, so have those earplugs in and shades drawn (since it’s staying darker later in the morning, booo). The pour will last until 5pm.
68th street will be closed from the west side of the Lucille garage wall to the East side of the Eleanor building; there will be access into Lucille’s garage and the church parking lot, located North of the site.

The kind of person who does well at Compass is someone who’s not content to sit still. If you have the drive, you have the opportunity to go places.
